 Order here a. o. the publication of annual financial statements,
business disclosures, judicially relevant announcements or capital market information.
Important: Annual financial statements as well as other accounting
documents and company reports must be submitted to the Federal Gazette for the last
time for the financial year beginning before 01 January 2022. Subsequent financial
years must be submitted to the Company register for disclosure.

Important: Accounting documents to be deposited by micro-entities
must be submitted to the Federal Gazette for the last time for the financial year
beginning before 1 January 2022. Subsequent financial years must be submitted directly
to the Company register for depositing.

Act Implementing the EU Digitisation Directive (DiRUG)
01.08.2022 – On 01.08.2022, the Act Implementing the EU Digitisation Directive - DiRUG - came into
force in Germany. As a result, accounting documents and company reports may no longer
be submitted to the Federal Gazette, depending on the beginning of the financial year. more

the alleged necessity of updating contact data in the Company Register or Federal
Gazette.
These emails are not authorised by the Bundesanzeiger Verlag, they are phishing emails
with the aim to trick the transmission of passwords or the making of payments. Please
do not click on links displayed in the email and do not follow any requests to make
payments.

Service
When the DiRUG came into force on 1 August 2022, companies will no longer have
to submit their accounting documents and company reports for financial years beginning
after 31 December 2021 to the Federal Gazette but directly to the Company register.
Associated with the change of the disclosure medium is the obligation for
a one-time electronic identity check for the transmitters of the documents subject
to disclosure. Without electronic identification, no more data transmissions to the
Company register can be made as of 1 August 2022.
Do not wait until the day of transmission to identify yourself. Start now with
the one-time identification as authorised to transmit.
Non-compliance with this legal regulation – lack of identification –
can ultimately lead to a failure to disclose and the threat of administrative fine
proceedings.
