Annual financial statements and financial reports in the Company register

This is a mass-interface for the delivery of annual financial statement documents and financial reports in the format XML or XBRL. If you are interested please contact webservice@rt.bundesanzeiger.de. We will gladly send you the appropriate workflow concepts and interface descriptions.

The interface can be used in the Company register in the section accounting/financial reports for the following publication types:

• Annual financial statements
• §§ 264 Section 3, 264b of HGB
• Note according to §§ 291, 292 HGB
• Separate non-financial report outside the management report
• Report on equality and equal pay according to EntgTranspG as an annex to the management report
• Payment reports
• Announcements according to PublG
• Semi-annual report pursuant to the KAGB
• Half-yearly financial report pursuant to WpHG

The interface can additionally be used for the deposit of annual financial statements/annual financial statements in the Company register.
