Please note: Since the DiRUG (German Act Implementing the Digitalisation Directive) came into force on 01.08.2022, accounting documents and company reports for financial years beginning after 31.12.2021 must be submitted directly to the Company Register.
Accounting documents and company reports with a financial year beginning before 01.01.2022 must still be submitted to the Federal Gazette.

I have added the file to be disclosed to the entry field next to the "Browse" button. How do I get to the next stage?
To finally upload the file you must click on the "Upload file(s)" button. The name and size of the file as well as the date and time of the upload process are then automatically transferred to an overview table.
Why won’t my file upload?
Make sure that it is in the correct file format. Check with your IT department as to whether you have the appropriate access rights to perform the upload internally. Click "Upload file(s)" to upload the file.
How do I get a receipt?
After publication a receipt will be available for 2 years in PDF format in the "My data" menu under "Orders & retrievals". The receipt is assigned to your order. At the end of the row you can retrieve and save this information using the"PDF" icon.
Although I have clicked on the "Order subject to payment" button on the Overview page, I cannot get an order confirmation; the overview page is still being displayed. Have you received the order despite this?
No. In order to submit an order completely, you must agree to our General Terms and Conditions on the overview page and confirm other mandatory fields by checking all boxes marked with an asterisk (*). As soon as you have clicked on "Order subject to payment", you will receive an order confirmation which can be conveniently printed out in a print version.
How can I check if my order has been received?
If your order has been successfully completed, it will appear under the "My data" menu under "Orders & retrievals". There you will find a list of publications that you have commissioned, with details of the relevant publication status.
I forgot to print out my order. Can I still do this later?
Yes, in the "My data" menu under "Orders & retrievals", you can retrieve your order again and print the order confirmation with all of the relevant data.
How can I get the bill sent to a different address once for a special order?
In the order form the dates of registration are pre-assigned. You can overwrite this with the desired address. These entries only refer to this order. If you want to change the pre-assigned data permanently, you must make the desired changes under the "My data" menu. If this concerns customer data, please make this change under the "Customer data" menu accordingly.
How can I make a slight change to the publication text?
First, you must make the desired changes to the file on your computer. Then go to the "My data" menu under "Orders & retrievals". There you can select your order and go to the "Edit" icon at the end of the row. Click your way through to the "submission form", delete the old file and upload your new file. If it is a really small change (for example, an amendment to a number), please get in touch with the publisher to ask about a potentially simpler solution.
How can I change a transmitted order after disclosure?
You cannot subsequently change or delete an order that has already been disclosed. However, you can submit a new order as a correction or supplement. To do so, select "correction" or "addition" (to an already published/deposited order) under "2. type of order" in the transmission form. Then state the order number and the publication date of the documents you wish to correct. You will find these in the menu "My Data" under "Orders & Retrievals - Orders Federal Gazette". On the following pages, the details of the original order will be displayed and you will be guided through the further forms as usual.
You cannot correct/supplement an order from the Federal Gazette with a Company register order or vice versa. Nor can you correct a depositing with a publication or vice versa. You must select "a new publication" or "a new deposit" under "2. type of order".
Can I disclose as a branch of a German head office?
As a domestic branch of a German head office, you can only disclose under the details of your head office. Therefore please register under the information relating to the main branch based in Germany. Please search for the necessary data at http://www.handelsregister.de or https://www.unternehmensregister.de by entering the company name and, if applicable, further information on the head office of the company.
Are there forms for liquidation and capital reductions?
There are special internet forms available for electronic order transmission of these announcements. This displays a standard boilerplate, which can be changed in any way or adopted (maximum of 2,000 characters). To use this you must be logged in to the publication platform.
How do I publish fund prices?
In order to submit fund prices for publication on the publication platform, a publication order is required. Please contact the publisher for this. A sample "order for the publication of investment fund prices in Federal Gazette and fund data" can be found under "Worth knowing - fund prices".
When will the fund prices be published?
If they have been transmitted between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, they will be published within 15 minutes on Federal Gazette publication days (Monday to Friday). The order may not be changed or cancelled after a confirmation has been issued.
