Do I get an individual login for each client?

No. You select at the beginning of your registration that you would like to publish or deposit for a third party. After you have completed your registration, add your clients and/or mandates in the menu “my data” under “client data. With one email address and associated password you can manage all of your client companies.

As a third party sender, do I already have to enter the data of the company for which I want to submit an order under "Address" in the registration form?

No, here you only put information about your own company. Later in the menu “my data” under “client data” you can enter the company addresses of your clients and/or mandates with the appropriate addresses.

How do I create clients / mandates / subsidiaries?

Go to the menu "My data". There you can create your customers under "Customer data" - "New customer".

Under the "Subsidiary database", after selecting the corresponding customer, you can create "new subsidiaries" for each of these customers, which must be specified for special transmissions.

How do I verify the billing information that I filed for my client in the client database?

Go in the client database to the right in the column “action” and there to the symbol “change billing information.” Here you have the possibility of determining if the bill is sent to your address or to the address of your client. You can enter other options for billing under “other.”

What do I need to consider with a publication according to §§ 264 Section 3, 264b of HGB?

In order to determine the exemption, you provide information in the form "Other order data" as to whether you are transmitting as a parent company for one or more subsidiaries or as a subsidiary yourself and indicate the relevant financial year. If you are submitting as a parent company, please indicate whether the subsidiary is domiciled in Germany or abroad. The following information is required in order to be able to clearly allocate the publication to the company entered in the register. If the company information is incorrect or ambiguous, help will be displayed automatically. In the case of subsidiaries with their registered office abroad, fill in the mandatory fields provided and add the company to the list "Details of the subsidiary".

Further information on the exemption of subsidiaries can be found under "Useful information - How it works - Exemption from the disclosure obligation".

Why can I no longer change my client’s company data under “my data?”

If your customer's company is located in Germany and you have compared its data with the register data stored in the German commercial register when creating the customer, the customer data is permanently assigned to the register data. Therefore, once verified by you, they can no longer be changed. If you have made an incorrect assignment, create a new company for your customer. If there are no orders below the wrongly assigned customer, delete this customer number.

If the company moves its registered office outside the district of its previous register court, it will receive new register data. Therefore, you must also create the company as a new customer and match it with the new register data so that a correct assignment can be created.

If the registered office is transferred or the name of the company is changed under the same register data, you do not have to create your customer again. In this case, you will be shown the updated company data, which you can confirm via a button and thus update automatically.

Published orders can still be found even for customers with deleted register data.

What should I do if I accidentally registered myself as a sender for third parties, but I want to submit an order for my own company?

Create your company as a "New Customer" under "Customer Data". As a third party sender, you have the advantage that you can create your company as a second (new) customer when register data changes. In this way, you can keep your login data and your user account in any case and view all orders - for old and new register data - clearly in this sender account.

When I want to submit an order for an already filed client, my sender address automatically shows up under “billing information.” How can I make sure that my client´s adress is billed?

If you only want to adjust the address once for the order to be transmitted, you can make these adjustments directly in the order form.

If you want to adjust the address generally, cancel the order transmission and open the customer database under "My data - Customer data - Open customer data". Select the relevant customer here and adjust the corresponding data via "Change invoice data". You can then carry out the order transmission with the updated customer data.
